Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

We use third party fulfillment and shipping services from Amazon Fulfillment and other third party fulfillment services to fulfill your orders. If you order more than one item, you may receive your order in separate shipments, and you may receive them in Amazon shipping boxes. Your order may also be split between service providers (i.e. you could receive one item from Amazon and another item from USPS).

We use these third party services to be able to offer you the fastest and least expensive option for shipping your items to you.

If your order ships in separate packages, you will receive all relevant tracking numbers for each service provider so you can track your packages throughout the delivery process.

Domestic Shipping

We offer shipping to all 50 states within the United States and shipping costs will be determined based on shipping distance with extra charges applying to shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories.

We may offer expedited shipping at an additional charge to you, but we do not guarantee expedited shipping will always be offered at all times or on all products.

We reserve the right to update or change our shipping policy at any time, with or without notice.

We reserve the right to charge for shipping items to you at any point in time. If we do, we will make our shipping policy and rate evident and easily determinable on our website.

We deliver most orders within 3-5 business days after handling time has passed and your order begins to ship within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and US territories should expect an additional 3-5 business days for receipt of goods, for a total of 6-10 business days of shipping time.

Whenever we can, we will attempt to get orders to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories delivered within 5 business days, but it is not always possible.

International Shipping

We do not offer shipping outside the United States.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@bottifulhome.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Whenever you input a PO Box in your shipping address, we will attempt to ship to that PO Box. However, if our preferred carrier does not ship to PO Boxes, we may need to contact you for a deliverable address or cancel your order.

We recommend you do not use PO Box addresses for shipping your order.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 60 days after purchase, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the cost of shipping for the return. From time to time, we may waive the return shipping costs, but we do this on a case by case basis only.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@bottifulhome.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
